Where has the summer gone?
 

I had leftover stovetop stuffing and gravy. It was really good. And coffee.

Venti iced skinny cinnamon dolce latte... Yum! :-D except Starbucks has been forgetting the "skinny" part lately and I have been having to go back and getting new drinks. Hopefully we will be without incident this morning.

made me and my babe some chorizo sausage mixed up with scrambled eggs. I hade mine on toasted bread with cheese. then snacked some mini keebler fudge striped cookies. a cup of nonfat milk and black coffee.

i made oatmeal with fresh banana, pecans, and almond milk.

made some hashbrowns with diced onion, tomatoes and jalapenos. bacon. egg over easy. toast. coffee.

i made a egg, ham and cheese sammich on toasted bread late breakfast and lunch. coffee.

I had 2 hard boiled eggs and some papaya. I wish I had gotten a coffee while I was at the store...but I had a lot to do today....

made some overeasy eggs and leftover green pork chile. black coffee. .

.. and now more coffee!

made my babe some pumpkin spice pancakes and myself some choc pancakes. we had french roast coffee, mine black and hers with creamer. we are soo different like that ;) ♥

oats w/coconut/almond milk w/cinnamon & apples

A couple tortillas with sliced avocado with home made salsa and some lime
A couple slices of bacon

'm having a liquid breakfast....lol right now its lemon tea with honey...then after yoga I'm juicing...IF I have the stuff I need...I know Im out of Kale and cukes...i may have to run to the market... :byebye:

Let over hamburger helper with tabasco sauce. It was good !
