3 bags of ready to go superfood salads, bananas, meyer lemons, 2 containers of soup (one healthy and one butternut squash and spiced apple bisque...I KNOW, riiiiiight???) and some tomatoes to make a poor girl's Caprese salad. I already have the mozz and balsamic dressing.

I stopped at dollar General for a broom but they didn't have one that I wanted (ie cheap; it's for the outdoors)

But...I did my part for the economy and got two things of fall clings (since I washed my Windows) and an Apple candle...and a Russell Stover caramel candy Apple. They are only out around this time and I lurve them...

"Mink" lined burgundy velvet throw/tree skirt/chair cover ($8.00)

Tucked away and waiting for gutting and eye removal are several stuffed animals ($2.00 total) for the houndies. If I don't take the stuffing out, they will strew it all over (its shocking how much stuffing one little stuffed animal has)

Entirely too much!!!! It started out reasonably enough at the nail salon then went downhill from there at the cell store, thrift store, bookstore, 3 craft stores then the movies and the mart of Wal. All while battling last weekend of the summer traffic.

I do have to say that I did pick up a lovely small hourglass figurine that is functional and fun.

I was doomed from the beginning!
