The beauty of the day...the way the sun hit the mountains as I was driving to work this morning....

It was so distracting that I missed my exit... but after 3 days of rain my eyes were hungry for the views...

It was more of a chuckle, really. Catching up with a tanker truck on the highway, two enormous shiny, silver cylindrical tanks, the back one sporting a sign that reads, "Molten Sulfur". My first thought, "Huh, apparently there really is such a thing as hell on wheels."

My morning client...

I spilled my entire to go mug of coffee right in front of her (outside.. and I managed not to cuss!)

So she went back in with me and made me an espresso and told me to help myself to her gluten free banana bread..which was amazing...and went really well with the espresso.

I also got a hug. I often love my job...

pine trees.....
 

Over the past week as well as earlier today, when I drive down my road the pine needles from the trees that line the 2 lane road have been shedding. When they fall they are brown and dead and accumulate on the road from side to side often covering it until a few of us have driven over them scattering them towards the road sides. It is such a fragrant hundred yards of driving over crunching pine needles that just naturally smell fresh and wonderful. Right then I am already thinking how I can't wait to get back home and smell them all over again. *sigh*

I recently started learning Tai Chi, and today I realized I have muscle soreness pretty much everywhere...but it's a good soreness. :)
