I am really happy to see 2012 go! there was a lot of loss in my life this year and I'm really praying things are better for me, and for many many friends, also for everyone here on the planet who had a not so great 2012! When you stayed up until 3 or 4 on New Years morn' and still managed to get up and watch the parade and bowl games?
Never did do that mistletoe thing though, is it still popular to do these days? No tennis today, minus 2 with the wind chill. ;) |

Am still with some remnants of this dang cold. I have just laid around yesterday & today, really not feeling like doing a whole lot. I did make myself venture out yesterday...HAD to..lol. Thought I was almost over it, but at night, I have coughing spells, and head congestion, which keeps me awake some.. It is what it is...chuckles. I haven't had a cold in so many years, so getting one now is "strange"..lol. Hope everyone has an awesome evening. WB kats. Enjoy your week... |

i been soo frigin sick.. and having to drive and no food for like a day and half.. had NO appetite .. and well had some other issues cuzing hat.... BUT ... feling better today ... still not much of a appetite, near Huntsville TX for the night.... delivering tomorrow then its hangin in Houston resting until my next load... Mr Leonard and I had a very nice New Years :) ... and im soo glad hy is in my life :stillheart: |
Today is my day off, but I feel icky. No, I am not sick. It's just one of those days when the whole body hurts. I looked in the mirror and said, "oh gawd! I look puffy and tired." I need to motivate because I have one two things I must accomplish today.

ok got all my truck chores done , oil changed, paper work in... cleaned up the inside some... im tired.. and this truck stop .. its funny to listen to these drivers yack on the CB.. sometimes there is always 1 stiring up something ... trying to start a fight ... geeshh I should b eating soup .... as sick as I have been , eating only plain crackers nd ginger ale for 2 days ... got my appetite back , was in my favorite Mexican supermarket and wellllll ... lol had to get some mesquite grilled chicken , avacdo's , and some fresh still warm in the bag tortillas , had 2 self made tacos and im still not hungry, just sippin on some more ginger ale. in other news...... for the 2nd time this week .. i seen 2 more bald headed eagles and reall up close too.. along the road they took off just as i got to them... that makes 3 i seen so far in just 1 week... 1st time in my life i seen such a awesome bird. |

Hope everyone is feeling better! I am finally starting to feel like myself again after being sick for over a week. My body just doesn't bounce back like it used to. This middle age thing can be rough... still I am glad to have made it here. :)

Red and I made it back safely from our trip last night. It was great. Red won some big bucks on a $10.00 slot and I had fun playing roulette. We ate some great food went to some cool places and loved our time alone :-). It's always fun to travel but great to be back home. Getting ready to go and get the 3 amigos (our doxies out of the kennel) Life will be back to normal!

wow .... wb wryly .... hey i been thru ur neck of the woods a lot lately .. :) how ya been??? its a cool but awesome morning here near Salisbury NC ... looks like its cheerios and blueberries for breakfast... and after a week with NO coffee... my coffee is soo soooo extra yummy this morning its almost better then sex.. ha .. in other news.... i walked into the truck stop ( Pilot) store... to get coffee and such and look what they had there 2 huge box's of ... i just woke up a bit ago .. soo did i sleep thru valentines and st patricks day ???? wasn't christmas just ahh 2 weeks ago??? http://i120.photobucket.com/albums/o...psb32441c2.jpg well in about 30 more min... its back to an all day of driving ... yay ... i'll b going up i95 all the way to DE .. glad its sunday, going thru DC and balitmore should be good. :) have a good day everyone. |

Mornin' Oldies but the Goodies...
Been way too busy, lately. more busy than before... for my liking... Sorry to hear that peeps are sick and still sick...i started to get cleared up. However, i got it in my sinus now. May have to forego another round of ABX. I went with the lame ABX. Cadbury Eggs Already? That is just wrong. They are stuffin the holidays down our throats before the previous holidays have occured. Got V-Day and St. Patricks...before the easter bunny? So wrong. I could use Miss Moneypenny, right now, to give me a shave... as i sit in this chair and make this post. Would allow me to do two things at once. But, then...i probably would not be posting for long... Gotta quit goin' to work all scruffy. I don't know. Shaving is Not a necessity...coffee is. Jacob is home and while he is still not himself completely, he is well on the way to being his cute, lovable little self! I'm just glad he is home and I am not running back and forth multiple times a day! It really take a toll on a body....
