It's a dogs life
woof! my name is tyson, ty when i'm being a good boy..my mom skeeter plays with this toy at night all the time so i thought i'd play with it while she's gone to work and see if any other dogs or cats or birds play with this toy too..i thought we could woof to each other.. my mom leaves everyday to go to a place called "work"...she always tells me she'll be "right back" but she lies...she says she has to go to work so she can buy my food...i don't know why she wants to buy me my own food...i'd much rather eat hers! i used to have some kitty sibblings and a puppy brother named charlie who i really loved a lot but mom and mommy and me and charlie don't live together anymore...i don't know who i miss most...mommy or charlie. mommy used to tell me what a good boy i am and give me hugs and kissy's...charlie and i used to play all the time! we played chase..i'd chase him for awhile and then he'd chase me... does anyone else have a puppy brother? do you have 2 mommys or a mommy and a daddie or do you live in a butchler pad like my mom and me? does your mom or daddie work? what do you do if they do? my mom leaves the cooking channel on for me all day...no wonder when she gets home i'm so hungry!! so please write to me! i love you! ty |

Hi Tyson and Ivan and Lucy....my name is Bella and i'm a 8 month old shih tzu. Nice to meet you.
My mommy sometimes gets up and gets in the shower and goes off for a long time, hundreds of days i'm sure....and then on other days she grabs her robe and I get happy and wiggle my tail cause I know she is staying with me those days. I have a friend, Wally, and I love to tease and confuse him and take his toys and bite his ears. It's so much fun!!!!! I have my hair brushed every day and mommy puts colorful ribbons in my hair. At first I didn't like it and would squirm trying to get away so i could go back to playing but now...i just let her do it cause it seems to make her happy. I have a lot of toys and I'm learning to share. Tyson, you can play with my yellow frog if you want to cause I really don't like it so much, it don't even squeek. Ivan, you can play with my orange bee cause I bit it's eye off the other day and now it's scary lookin. Lucy, would you like to play with my green goat? It's sorta big and hard to carry around and quiet honestly I think it's boring. Sharing is fun!!!! It's time to sleep now.....I like to curl up on the couch and keep one eye open on my mommy just incase she gets out of sight and i go racing after her. I might miss something if i don't. |

Buenos Dias Perros!
My name is Macy and I used to live alone with my Daddi for many years. I liked being the only one to sleep in the bed next to hym....then SHE came along and there was no room for me. SHE came from Spain and would visit every couple of months. I used to throw a tantrum when my Daddi and her would hug and kiss. Then she came back for a whole month and while Daddi was at work,she would play with me,take me for walks and let me have some of her food. She always brought cheeses from all over Europe and now I have turned into quite the connoisseur. What was once jealousy has now turned into a great love for her. My Daddi and My Maria ( I call her that)have been married 6 years but moved to Spain only 2 years ago. They both love me dearly and wanted me to go with them. I was scared at first because I am 13 years old. (I had never been in an airplane before.) I live within walking distance of the Mediterranean Sea....so guess where they take me??!! Life is good and Spain is where I will spend the rest of my life....with my Daddi and My Maria! |

hello Ty...my name is Story, as in story of my life. I am a newfoundland and was a grand show dog in my younger years. I am now 14 years old and my mind doesnt work as well as it use to. Sometimes I get lost on my own home and sometimes I am very frightened when my missus leaves me for awhile. (hangs head) she is my world, for I can barely see now. I am so old for a big dog. If I ever thought she would be gone forever I would not know what to do, so that is why I am incredibly anxious when she leaves. (picks head up) we have a one eyed rocking limping kitty named Mr Smitty who lives with us. He is a good house mate for he cleans up after himself and doesnt take my toys. Every once in awhile my Missus takes in a stray or someone who needs a respite home before they go onto their forever missus or mister. She doesnt do it too often for it tires me out. I know I am loved by her. Sometimes I will come up by her couch and move her coffee table out of the way just so we can cuddle. I lived in a cement kennel all my life until she came to get me. Hi, my name is Max and I am not a dog. In fact, I don't think I like dogs since I discovered that a couple of weeks ago when I ran outside and almost met the neighbor's dog face to face. Good thing mommy was there and that thing they call a fence.
Momma tells me that she used to have dogs, but I'm glad she doesn't anymore. No offense intended but I'm a cat, that's just how I roll. Anyway, since I am at a safe distance I thought I might crash your party and say hi. Growl all you want - I can't hear you. Heh. I have a brother named Ember who I like to pounce on all the time. He's older than me, but that doesn't mean he runs the house. Despite popular belief, I am the king of my castle - know what I'm sayin? I secretly love my brother and wish he'd snuggle me - Momma thinks when I am not so hyper active, it just might happen one day. That would be really cool because I do like to snuggle when I'm not bouncing of the walls. I really love where I live cause I have boxes full of toys and a Tigger and a Pooh Bear that I play with when Ember isn't in the mood. Momma and Mommy also spoil me with warm fuzzy blankies and tons of kissins' and huggins' - it sure beats that cage I was in when they first came to visit me. Well, that's my story for now. I would chat you up some more, but momma says I have ADD and an attention span shorter than an ant's toe. I don't know what she mea .... OOO look, a ball........ :ballcat: |

Wow kitty cats in here now. I think they are kinda sorta cool....cept, one time my mommy's kitty smacked my nose cause i was trying to smell her fur. Now that just wasn't nice at all!!!! Now i just sorta get a little close to her but not real close.

Woof Ty! My name is Bailey. Mama and Daddy call me Bay or Bay Bay when I'm good! They tell me that work thing too, and, they will always be back soon! I hate it when they leave. Why can't they just stay home and sleep like I do all day?
I have a brother named Brando and a sister named Shadow. We get to see each other on the weekends mostly, but we will be together all the time soon. I get lonely when they have to go back home during the week but Daddy is in skooool and hy's really smart! Mama calls me a lhasa ass hole sometimes and says I think I'm a Pit Bull. I don't know why she says this. I'm just protecting her cos I love her sooooooo much. I would do anything for her! When I'm really bad she says this strange word: Craigslist. Do you know that this mean? Is it a doggy hotel? Hi Ty. My name is Shadow. I am a Lab/Chow/Pit Bull mix. Daddy got me at the Nashville dog pound when I was just 6 weeks old and hy calls me his "Music City Mutt". I am sleek and black with a serious Frisbee fetish. I am the guardian of our family and would give my life for them but with my People I am a big ole GOOFBALL. I have a pesky lil brother named Brando and a pesky older brother named Bailey. We spend as much time as we can with Bailey and Mama. Daddy told me to always guard Mama so I don't let anyone get near her when we have our "girl time" walks. I love to swim, beat up on my lil brother and hang out with my Pack. Sometimes we all load up in the car and go and visit Nannie. She is the BOMB and feeds us all cheesy eggs off of a fork. Then we go run around her yard and if Daddy isn't paying close attention, I'll bolt after a deer. But I always stop and come back when hy says too, cos I'm a really GOOD DOG!! I am brave,and Daddy calls me hys Ninja Assassin Dog, but I'm terrified of thunderstorms and vacuum cleaners. Sometimes Daddy leaves us but we know by what he says when hy leaves that he will be back "shortly" or "all day at school". That's all for now, it's time for me to go guard the house and make sure no one steals Daddy or the bed!! I'm sure you'll hear from my pesky lil brother, Brando as well!

Hi... My name is Peppa... I is a rambunctious beagle puppy about 5 months old. I really dont know how old I am as my mommy and my daddy rescued me in June. I dont know where I lived before that.
My favorite thing to do is to bounce from the floor to the couch to the chair to my daddys lap. I leap into his lap before he knows it and give him lots and lots of kisses. I also like to play in my back yard for hours. Sometimes I get curious about other dogs outside my back yard and I somehow end up on the OTHER side of my fence. *shrugs* I dont know how I do this... It just happens :praying: My mommy and my daddy llooooveeee my excitement. They call my name ALOT so they must love me more than the other dogs. :confused:I like to ponder what I am about to get into and somehow they find me just staring at them. They talk about it and say that I scare them when I just stare at them. I dont know what there problem is, I am just plotting to tear up the piece of paper on the floor, then do puppy 500 laps through the house landing on little guy (my 4 pound chihuhua brother) and then landing in daddys lap. No biggie... I dont know why they get so worried when they look at me. I am innocent :praying:. Waves a paw at all the other dogs. |

Me and mommy went for a walk today!!!! I got to weewee on Mr. Madison's pink flower thingies before mommy could say "Waittttt bellaaaaaa" hahahahaha too late. I sure love to walk and feel so proud prancing down the street like the older bigger doggies. My leash gets tangled around me sometimes when i get all excited seein a bird or someone and it's funny when mommy has to untangle me grumblin..."blah blah Bella blah blah" not sure what she says but i'm thinkin its funny. Time to go out for one last potty then I'll climb up the steps into my bed next to mommy and get on my pretty princess pillow....that's my most fav part of the day. |
My name is Bella. I was born in July. I am part Lab and part Pit Bull and part something else. I have light brown fur and floppy ears and a long tail that I can't seem to catch.
This is my second home - the first lady who adopted me ended up being allergic so I got a new family now. I just moved here a few weeks ago. I live in the country with my Daddy - sometimes he calls me Taco Bella if he's trying to be funny. He calls me other things if I bark too much when he is trying to watch football. My mommy picked out my name. She says it means "beautiful" in Italian. My mommy and Daddy are "best friends" but they're not married or anything. She says she loves him but not that much! Mommy lives a long car ride away but she visits me a lot! Her and Daddy go to movies and sports stuff and visit friends. Then they come home and play with me and walk me and give me treats when they BBQ. They like to stay up late and talk and play CDs - and they laugh when I sing along. Mommy says there are pictures of me on her Facebook page. I have an older brother who doesn't like me - but he is a cat so I guess it doesn't matter. Tiger is dark chocolate brown. He is old and sleeps a lot. His food doesn't taste very good. |
Hi Ty. My name is Brando. I am Shadow's lil brother. She says I'm pesky but I know she really, really loves me. My Daddy got me at some place called "WalMart"? I was not treated very well when I was a baby dog so I am very fearful of most people but I worship my family. I am a "handsome blond baby boy with the softest ears ever"....at least that is what Daddy and Mama tell me. I have two toys that I love more than any of the others, a fuzzy football that I'll fetch for hours and Mr Squeaky, he is a rubber toy that I carry to bed sometimes. My favorite things in the whole world are getting "beatings" from my Uncle Snack as Shadow barks and chews on my head, getting "little" and sitting in Daddy's lap and bestest of all is when my Pack is all together and I get to snuggle up tight against Mama and stay there alllllll night. I love my older brother Bailey and he offered to hold my paw as I wrote this, but I'm being brave and doing it myself. That is one of Daddy's nicknames for me "Bwando the Brave", cos hy says I have the heart of a lion. I gotta go and snuffle the kitty kats now, I'll see ya later!

Hello, My name is Shelby. I'm a Lhasa Apso and the Dr. says I'm a year and a half old. My mommie is Ms. Tabitha and I was rescued from a shelter. I have a brother who is 3 years old and is a 15 pound orange tabby cat and twice my size and a sister who is 7 years old and a calico cat who is much smaller than I am. I have my own pet, a parrot he is an African Gray and is 32 years old, he copies my barks and copies the cat's meows and he copies lots of things my mommie says :| . Mommie takes me to get my hair done once a week and I get to shop at Petco. Every time I hear mommie grab her keys I know its time to go. I run through the house and kiss my brother and sister goodbye, I think they are jealous I get to leave because they try to slap at me when I kiss them bye. I jump up on the arm of the couch and try to kiss the bird, I don't think he likes me that close to his cage. My mommies kids and her friends and family say I am spoild rotten, whatever that means. i dont talk much... but... i saw all you outing yourself and figured i might as well venture into the social sphere... my name's max too... but i aint no danged cat... im a jack russell... and yeah... im a little overweight... but i think its just my nature... my person... blass... rescued me about 6 months ago... i gotta brother that looks alot like blass... i keep trying to tell them i am a grown dog... they keep talking to me like im a puppy... i am the alpha dog... and i love my new home... i make sure no other things come into our yard... its a really really long yard... so... with my little legs sometimes it takes me a looooong time to get to whatever is down by the road... and then i am usually all tuckered out by the time i get back to my house.... i gotta friend named edgrr... he is a grey tabby and he is a SOB... he has lots of attitude... can you believe he bites my ppl???? all the time he does... and... since he is so little he gets to sit on my blass... he sits on this thing i am typing on all the time too... he likes to lick his privates when he sits on this keyboard thing... yeah... he stalks me... i ignore him... long as he stays away from my moo and my rabbit and MY treats... ill let him stay... he thinks he is boss... i let him... well... sometimes i have to make him go away... i get nervous a lot because i was abused at that other place... i am really afraid of hairbrushes... and... hate it when anyone raises their voice... slowly but surely i am realizing that this is a home i can truly relax in tho... its good to be a dog in this house... |

I share my palace with Ophelia Mae (Pug 8), Fiona Joy (Boxer 6) and that brat who tries to steal my special urinary food (yummy) Samson Moses (Chihuahua 2). Questions for all dog lovers?? Does your dog or cat have a ferocious appetite cause mines does, gosh he ate some dog food his own, his sister's canned food and some pasta plain with butter some fell on the floor..lol seriously the dog can eat!!
