Hey everyone!

I can't believe I never stumbled upon this gem of a community before but it looks like a place I could really feel comfortable in and have fun.

I'm a 30 year old hopeless romantic butch stuck in Northern FL for the time being. The only great thing about living here for me is that it's not far from Disney World which I still feel like a big kid when I go there lol.

I'm still a little new to the butch-femme scene in the grand scheme of things but I've been a butch since I was a kid; when I'd put on a football jersey and knock the boys off their feet! So feel free to educate me when you see me being a newb. =)

I'm in search of friends and family who are like me where I can laugh and find what's been missing for me most of my adult life.

I look forward to getting to know you all!

Just discovered I can still use the forums on my smartphone... oh boy!

This is my first smartphone, had it now for 6 months and I wonder how I ever made it without one lol.

As a side note I'm posting from my smart phone now, I have an EVO...gotta love technology! My lappy is actually quite close I just don't feel like dragging it out! I adore my phone, don't know where id be without this thing....but is probably be a lot less organized that's for sure!

Re: Smartphones, I almost never use my PC. I usually use my iPhone, like right now-it works just fine!

The only things I can't do with it is adding a rep comment and chat; everything else-no problem!

I don't know, it's really really far from me and I keep going other places! :) I want to go during gay days and wear my Snow White costume, lol.

I plan to go on a gay day too, so far I've only gone with non-gay friends/family so I've never experienced that yet but I will!

I've never taken on this nickname online before but I tried to think of one word that best describes me. =)

This is dating me but most of you know I am one of the old guys here. I went to the first Gay Night held at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. (Before Disneyworld existed.) It was great. One of my fondess memories is watching the limosines pull up to the front gate and watching the drag queens get out of the cars. Of course they were dressed to the nines and with such creativity.

Let's see how old I am; I haven't been to DisneyWorld since before EPCOT. In fact, that was 1975 :P. I have been to the beautiful city of Jacksonville, though (too bad about the Jaguars, better luch next season!)

You'll meet a lot of kind, supportive people here and there's a big reunion in September in Little Rock to think about :).

Thanks! I'd love to go to the reunion but not sure I can fit it into my work/budget schedule this year. I've got a BIG week long vacation in Vegas planned for mid-August so that's taking up most of my budget this year too lol.

Finally got a pic of me small enough to upload to the gallery. I plan to go ahead and subscribe next week. That 100kb limit is killer.
