Oh yes! I remember Klackers. One New Years Eve I camped out overnight on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, CA. waiting for the Rose Parade. I played with my new set of Klackers all night long. By the time the parade started in the morning my arm was bruised between my wrist and elbow. I was a teenager of course. Great memories. Thanks.

girl_dee 10-15-2012 07:33 PM

LOL i was the klacker champion! We lived practically in the woods so the echo was phenomenal!

girl_dee 10-15-2012 07:33 PM

My brother and I had tons of these. And my mom would give us her wooden spools once she'd used the thread off of them and we'd build these towers and forts and all kinds of crazy cool stuff....

girl_dee 10-15-2012 08:02 PM

This is the first toy I can remember buying for myself. I think I got it from the Woolworth or TG&Y on Lay-a-way. We would go every Sunday after mass and I would make my little payments.
