Sports you played

Anyone else play sports in HS and college? I played football in HS, and ice hockey in both HS and college.

College tennis,basketball fast pitch

right after college Football and slow pitch

Those are the team sports.

High school track. My hurdling record was retired unbroken when they changed the event.

I was an athlete off and on in school. But, as far as HS, I did track, powderpuff, and volleyball. And, in college, I do softball and karate.

First and only female ever to play cricket for my junior school
Held Lancashire schools record for chucking the big spear (javelin) for many years after leaving school.
Played for ICI Women's football team (that's football with a round ball, the one you lot call soccer)
Played table tennis for Carleton women's league team
Judo, 3rd dan. UK junior competitor and a club coach (yup even as young 'un)

That was before I left school

Then came cycling and spent quite a number of years being very serious about cycling, putting in lots of miles and taking part in national events like Cyclefest.

My body doesn't allow me to do too much anymore but I returned to cycling 2 and half years ago when I gave up ciggies and nicotine. Sadly I can't cycle as far, climb hills or pelt along half as fast as I used to but it's still a joy to get out in open air to stretch the old legs and lungs, when my body lets me.

Basketball --track shot and discus HS goofing around sports in school volleyball ,soccer,football. Played some tennis and softball after HS .
