I had a bowl well one cup of cheerios, banana and almond milk now enjoying a hot cup of tea and doing laundry for the week.

My tea of choice this morning (because I use loose tea) is called Woodland Walk It has black tea, hibiscus, strawberries and blueberries blended together nicely |

It's Sunday football so, the chicken is on the bbq the pizza is in the oven an apple pie is in the oven now, its relax until buds arrive. |

Having a peanut butter sandwich and a apple , I think. At work My boss lady is suppose to get us Kolaches for breakfast, will see if that happens......going to stop at house of pies this morning and getting everyone a mini pie. I am making my triple espresso with hot organic whole milk, which I will have with one of the scones (the lemon/ginger/black currants) and a ripe juicy pear from the green market. Then I will be ready for the day! I already walked the pooch in the crisp autumnal air, and cooking will be the order of the day!
