I don't know about you folks, but it's mid-April in Saskatchewan and we are still in the depth of a very snowy, very rutty and very shitty winter. It's warming up, but we're still expecting more snow next week. We're burying our tulips, answering, "How's it going?" with, "Fucking snow," and...

... buying spring shoes.

You know, 'shoe-gaze' is a genre of music kind of like Indie. For some reason I thought this thread was about that.

I have bought several pairs of pretty Spring shoes so far. I'll take pics and post! White shoes, pink shoes, even Easter egg blue. I love the ones you posted. :)

The emo genre was just named after the whole act of looking down when shy... calling it shoe-gazing. :)

That's why it's awesome. Everyone's got to have a pair of shoes they're so proud of they want everyone else to look at them, too (aw shucks, I have such awesome kicks.)
