I had a lovely, fresh sliced tomato, topped with provolone...sprinkled with fresh basil from the garden and drizzled with lite Italian dressing...
It was just what I needed....tomorrow I will make a more dinnery dinner. I have gorgeous zucchini and summer squash to use up...but I needed butter to cook them in the manner they deserve
