They made an arrest, they made an arrest!! The Waldo rapist has been caught!!!

For those that have no clue...there was a serial rapist running wild in my neighborhood since last September....they got the bastard!!

He was released from prison after serving a 20 year sentence for rapes back in the 80's...they have his DNA and a fingerprint off the window sill....this man will not hurt any more of my single neighbor friends!!

WHAT A FREAKIN' RELIEF!!!
