Pot roast is ready...plus salad and biscuits. The pies smell wonderful (and Scoote will be happy about the chocolate....she does love that!). Braedon, very nice...and I hope one of those reds is a merlot. It may not be classy but it's my favorite. I hope everyone is hungry and ready to eat
I'm never sure how many places to set...we can always add more if we get a crowd.

My original halo got lost in the super freak incident...and the aluminum foil just doesn't seem to hold up well at all! Sweetie...I would like pink rhinestones in mine...just sayin'
Dapper...thank you for the heads up on the other site. Truly, when we opened up the kitchen it was a temporary place for all of us to gather while renovations were underway. But...like my sweetie and Kat...I'm thinking of taking up permanent residence. The folks are friendly over here...and I just feel a bit more at home. The old place seems a bit hard to navigate...and the ads annoy me....and all of our pictures got ripped off the walls...kinda makes a girl feel unwelcome.
There are friends I'd like to see come this way...so we'll have to see what we can do about that. Maybe my sweetie can do her super hero thing and go rescue them

Alrighty then...dinner is getting cold...and my sweetie should be walking through the door any minute...time to start dishing up dinner. OH! And, of course, I'll put on a fresh pot for afters....
