I got this handy dandy dinner kit from Trader Joes...
It has chicken, mushrooms, edamame and green beans and has a nice sauce included. I added some frozen stir fry veggies for color and served it over rice (brown/white mix)
Pumpkin Os from TJs for dessert...
Im all about the pumpkin right now...
