I've pondered this for many years. For me it's when love humbles you. When loving someone changes your life for the better. When simply being grateful for that person every day makes life easier because you know that no matter what happens, somehow nothing could be that bad. You will hear their voice, see them and laugh with them. And that's all it takes. You realize no matter what you don't have, you have all you need.
