Hey Rocks, it's a juice made primarily from green veggies. My favorite one is Emerald Bliss from a local place. The ingredients in Emerald Bliss are: celery, apple, spinach, kale, parsley and ginger. A good base for green juice is celery and cucumbers. Both yield a lot of liquid when juiced and taste good (IMO), though I'm not drinking a lot of cucumbers these days.

If you decide to try it, try to find some that's freshly squeezed opposed to juice that's pasteurized.
