Wow, I am finally caught up on this thread because I do that when I've finallllllyyyyy exercised and am ready to post. I am on winter break week right now, so I am hoping to get back in the exercise groove.

Today I could not even find my gym card (still haven't). At least I remembered my locker combination. My gym was bought by new owners so when I went in, it was as if I'd been asleep for 100 years (I have), and it looks totally different.

I did the StairMaster for 30 minutes, 82 floors, 250 cal., 2.7 floors per minute. Then I cooled down by doing 30 minutes of floor stuff: stretching, weight lifting, and ab-leg-and-back exercises. I don't listen to music during those last 30 minutes so it's time to think. It felt interesting to go back to thinking. Some things circulate through my head that I'd rather be done with. They must have gotten backed up in my head while I was not exercising.

In any case... I"M BACK!
