My back and shoulders are a bit sore from yesterday's workout with the trainer. Nothing intolerable though. I think we've worked out exactly how hard he should push me, et cetera.

I did move a bunch of stuff around in my sh*t room. You know the room; the one that gets things thrown in there when you don't have another place for the item but you can't/won't get rid of it and where you put new (to you) stuff that people give you because you don't want to seem like a jerk.

I should have been purging this room when I was taking my vacation days but I got very lazy and filled my days with an NCIS marathon, going out to the movies, taking the to the vet multiple times, shopping and general do nothing-ing.

It's my goal to start painting that room; finally. It's only been a little over 2 years since I moved in.
