3 new things I am doing this year:
1) attend Al-anon meetings, 2) letting go of old scripts that haven't always been so helpful, 3) spoiling myself because I have always put others (like my sons, for example) first, rather than myself.
Give me 3 reasons you might change aspects of yourself this year.
