I am making Almond flour, Coconut Waffles, topped off with Maple syrup, eggs over-easy, and perfectly burnt peppered Bacon.
Making meals with Almond flour and Almond milk is low-impact, on the glycemic index, and helps with stabilizing blood sugar levels.
When I make Almond Coconut Waffles, I make a bunch of them and use them for open face sandwich meals.
