Today's my day off but I will not be going to the gym this morning. One, I am a bit on the sick side and don't want to tax my system and two, the had medical issues this morning so I'm going to stick around and make sure he's okay.

I will get in a bit more painting before the end of the day and I'll be doing housework and moving some stuff around, so I'll still have some intentional movement, which is key.

The good news is that I've dropped about 4 pounds since I started with my trainer. This is with me still eating crap and candy and more than I should so that's very good news.
