Chicken, dal/lentils, butter lettuce salad.
I'm on a lentils kick. It's the perfect comfort food for me. I found a dal seasoning that I like. Today I'm trying a combination of green and red lentils. 3/4 green and 1/4 red. The red lentils will mush up and give it a nice thickness, I hope. Added lots of green onions, too.
