I usually make something really similar to this
"Magic Green Sauce" once or twice a month and use it on salad, chicken, as a dip with sliced raw veggies, or what have you.
My version adds:
Cayenne (Good for your heart, blood and all sorts of things) in place of the jalapeno
Home-sprouted broccoli sprouts
More water when using as a dressing for salads
And I've never added the pistachios but may give that a try next time around.
Serving size is 1/4 cup and has less than 5 carbs and that's with the pistachios.
