I hear you, Rock. I, as well.
Had steamed shrimp & steamed broccoli ( in my required portions...BUT didn't eat til 800pm..WAY too late for me. I see a late night for me... .
In my defense it was the blame on late appointment at the clinic with the doctor. I was there from 400pm til 700pm...then half hr commute home & stop by to pick up take out...
