my offer on the private home with 2.19 acres in the secluded woods was accepted today ... there were multiple offers involved ... I could not believe it when my realtor called and told me "we got it" ... and "we got everything we asked for" ... it was her idea to write in the contract for the stove, fridge and dishwasher to stay ... now I am wondering ... I have double appliances??? ... say whaaaa???
