Go to YouTube
Bring up video you want
Find long url
Highlight only part after the last equal sign =
Click on what you've highlighted then click copy
Go to thread where you want to post
Click on post reply
At top of page far right look for YouTube logo
Click on YouTube logo that will put
[youtube][youtube] in message field
Click in the middle of the two YouTube sets of brackets
Paste portion of URL you copied there
Lastly hit preview and check to make sure iit looks good is how you want it because you don't want to waste time working on a long message only to find out it's not there or isn't working right.
If all else fails/my instructions don't help just google how to insert or how to post YouTude video into thread or on forum.
