Yesterday was definitely a movement with intention kind of day. Work was filled with a lot of manual labory, sweaty, bendy, sweepy, leaf blowery things.

The day before was physically demanding as well with a lot of outdoors cleaning and spider fighting and I wound up dragging a giant piece of furniture for a while until one of my customers saw and took pity on me and we loaded it into his truck to drive the 100 or so yards I would have had to drag it more.

Somewhere along the way from the gym to yesterday, I tweaked my side on the left, underneath my rib cage. I'm happy to report that today is much better. I was getting pretty cranky from the discomfort.

I'm very good at injuring myself. Not Evil Knievel good but still good.
