Great corn in Western Canada...very true. I once lived near Taber, some 30 years ago. But this was local corn from here in Ontario. I'm no farm girl but my understanding, from true connoisseurs, is that if the corn was picked more than 30 minutes ago, it's already past its prime, so Taber corn is but a fond memory.
