I'm home, I get to cook!
Tonight was red curry Thai with shrimp over steamed rice.
I have lots of cottage cheese that needs to be eaten...so I made a cottage cheese salad, tomatoes, avocado, black olives, and chopped cilantro. It was amazingly good!
Apple strudel muffin with maple glaze, left over from yesterday.
