It feels very good to not feel too guilty, but I do love to indulge in: 1) an long luxurious Lavender salt bath, in a huge Victorian tub, 2) enjoy an expensive organic tobacco cigarette (or two or three) while sipping on an pale blue, extra dry martini or.... 3) be the recipient of an very long and enjoyable body massage.
