Default Regretful!

I'm feeling like an idiot for signing up to a 4 week online training course for a potential career opportunity as well as to gain experience in a an unfamiliar program. The course expectations stated to devote b/w 4 and 5 hours per week. I am in the first week and I've probably spent easily 20 hours in the first week.

I'm freaking out b/c I have two 'open' weeks before I begin teaching but I have to prepare for those classes and, while I'm teaching in the first two weeks, I'll still have two weeks left of this course!

I didn't think the course would be THIS demanding or maybe I'm just putting too much into it? I don't know but I'm feeling panicked and that will only grow, as I will be teaching in an unfamiliar environment.

Living/working in a new environment is stressful enough; I don't know why I thought adding this additional responsibility would be a good idea.

Just needed to vent to release some anxiety about it all.
