Update:
They found the elderly dog's owner...but they won't answer any of their calls. Apparently they've dumped her.
I know nothing about her and she's now in my care. Its either that or surrender her to the pound. We we're there for a mere twenty minutes while they scanned her and she was a shaky, scared mess.
Why are people so fucking awful.
