I still have to be careful with eating foods because I won't get my six front teeth crowned until mid February.... so, for me, tonight, I took some of the roast pork and made an patte (sp?)
By mixing it with some garlic hummus and a splash of low-sodium soy sauce, then pulsing it in the food processor. I put the patte on some soft pieces of gluten free bread, which is very tasty. I'm also having a cup of clear vegetable broth too.
I'm not too hungry, but it is satisfying.
Eta, I think I will have a giant cup of hot cocoa for dessert.
