Tonight is a dinner out and I had to tick off a box with my RSVP for Chicken, Fish, or Eggplant options. I filled it out a while ago. Apparently I ticked chicken. Which confused our HR person confirming our reservations today. People often insist that I am vegan. Which I was, for quite some time, but haven't been for a while- like several years. I was questioned strongly if I was aware of what I had signed up to eat. I hope the chicken is good. My experience with restaurant eggplant is generally not all that pleasing.
