different women (do you mean femmes, Andrew?) respond differently to things that I have in my house. These are the things that garner a response:

• books - they are everywhere and shelved in library sized bookcases
• music and videos (I am an audiophile)
• a big kitchen (it is big enough to dance in) that is well stocked
• wine selection
• critters, including a "puppy" (well, she is 7, but will always be my puppy)
• photographs that I have taken and those others have taken (particularly of the Middle East)
• they seem to like the decor and the way the rooms are laid out
• I don't have anything to do with it, but the way the morning sun illuminates the kitchen.

I don't think that I managed 10 things <shrugs>, but these are the things that come to mind as I recollect comments made by women who come to my house.
