When I turned 30, I started dying my hair a deep auburn. I got more dates and phone numbers than I ever had before. I kept that up for about 10 years. Then I let my natural color grow back out. When I first started getting gray hairs, I tweezed them out. Then as I got more, I dyed each gray hair individually, because I didn't want that 'dyed hair' look. Talk about a PITA! Then finally I just let it go - although I still occasionally tweeze the occasional 'wild' gray hair that grows in all weirdly kinky.

Yes, I am vain about my hair.
