I buy yogurt by the gallon form the store and have it four or more times a day with crunchy frosted flakes or some kind of berries.
Then there is nature valley honey oat bars.
Plenty of fresh fruit
And once and a while either butter scotch or cinnamon disk that are sugar free.
( takes the place of my smokes, must be working cause I have been smoke free for two years).
P.S.
I am really losing weight with all the yogurt. When my son is home for dinner I do eat regular food cause
he gets out of joint if I don't.) Kids!
