I am having a homemade vegetable soup, which is simmering in a small crock pot. It's made with celery, carrots, tiny cloves of garlic, parsnips, and baby crimini mushrooms...the soup base is a vegetable broth, with a bit of Bragg's Amino acid sauce, a touch of organic apple cider vinegar, and a small handful of organic quinoa. I plan to have a small slice of the apple pie, for dessert. Water and herbal tea, to drink.
