I baked a huge fillet of Atlantic Cod, yesterday....enough fish to have for a few meals. I also made a non-dairy Dill sauce, as a condiment for the fish. I plan on having a small garden salad tonight, some of the Atlantic Cod, and another sweet roll, for dinner tonight.
If the weather improves by the weekend, I plan to havr a friend come over and smoke a huge fillet of Pacific Salmon. I love smoked Salmon.
