Some people might be highly skilled with making spur of the moment actions, but I can only do that in limited scope like ways. Most often, particularly if I am upset, I sit on it, I might even sleep on it.....but, if I do need time to think about it or sleep on it, I give notice that I desire time to process my thoughts.

Is It Better ....to: a) reduce items from your diet gradually, or b) clear certain items from your diet immediately (assuming one could do that at all)?
