I won't dine alfresco if there's any hot sun, bugs, flies or wasps or bees around. It's really only a small window of certain types of weather, where it's nice to dine alfresco. Most always, though, I dine inside a restaurant.
Late October is another perfect weather opportunity to dine alfresco too. Cool autumn air, less intense heat from the sun, gorgeous fall foilage,,,,,, that's truly the time to dine alfresco.
