Salad ..... Bed of romaine lettuce, thinly sliced sweet orange pepper, quartered slices of avocado, sprinkling of organic blueberries, titch of diced sweet onion, topped with chicken breast meat cooked in coconut oil and seasoned with garlic crystal salt and blue cheese dressing. And.... a dash of Montréal pepper steak seasoning.
I couldn't eat it all, so I saved half of it for lunch, tomorrow.
