There was an on call incident at work last night, so I was able to do all the prep before he came home.
I had Naan bread, and topped it with a mixture of fresh spinach and Cilantro. Next came the grilled chicken, that was grilled after he walked thru the door. Swirl of Chipotle BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese and green onions. Broiled to melt.
But dammit, the caramelized onions were left in the pan! I so forgot them...and they were such a work of art...waaa
