When I was young a friend of mine had to have hers removed and once it was out she felt SO much better. The procedure used today is much simpler, the recovery time a lot shorter, and unlike in the past barely leaves a scar. It's very fortunate it was caught! And even better that she has the strength and support of a caring and concerned mother in her corner.
