My BFF was recently diagnosed with Lupus.... she kept having serious attacks of shingles, getting them in her eyes, mouth, nose, ears, to finally all over, as if she had chicken pox, but it was far worse than that. And she's got three other complicated health conditions which get worse when her Lupus flares up.

I'm really glad you got the help you needed at ER, Kenna. Lupus is a very serious condition.
