This am with its rising Sun...running with poetry
running with me and in my head...that was
until the images stepped-in...ran 6mi and
it was rather warm for a Winter's day...
Dr. King's birthday and remembered clips
of his speeches on TV back then...how does
one honor such a person...by remembering
and sending his Spirit gratitude for his having
been among us...yes, it gets deep on these runs...
