If you google “instant pot stuffed zucchini”, it is the first recipe that comes up. It has dill, cumin, parsley, rice and grated onion in the meat mixture and it is fabulous. I cooked it the 25 minutes suggested, but 20 minutes would be better for the texture of the zucchini.
