Treadmill: 43 cal, .38 mi, 8 minutes with one running interval
I weight trained and did 2 sets of 12 reps each on all the machines and then stretched.
I've been itching to work out the past couple of days but the water here didn't get above barely lukewarm, the apartment was 35 this morning and I don't do public showers so there you go. No mid-storm workouts.
