Yesterday with Easter dinner my stepmom made mashed cauliflower. That was the first time I had had it. She made it with roasted garlic and parmesan cheese. I was a doubter I have to admit. That was until I tried it. It was super yummy!
Along with the mashed cauliflower we had pork loin, salad and deviled eggs. I really enjoyed the whole dinner!
