Good job my friend! However, IF you have "bone on bone" such as I do, the cartilage is totally gone, no amount of weight loss will ease that pain of bone grinding on bone.....or at least in my case. Total knee helped me the most!
I was in process of having other one scheduled to get done when I am found to be extremely anemic..SO I have to correct that first!! . 10 weeks of IV Iron infusions!
